Allison Gushée Molkenthin has spent over 30 years as an investment banker, advising companies in tech, biotech, and recently in fintech. She is a Managing Director at Bentley Associates in New York.

She is a passionate volunteer leader for the empowerment of women and closing the inequality gap in early childhood education. Allison has been a Trustee and Audit Chair for The Waterford Institute, which provides research-based software to bridge the equality gap in reading-readiness and early childhood education.

Allison has degrees in Mechanical engineering and Comparative Literature from Brown University, an MBA in Finance from INSEAD, in France, and was a Fulbright Scholar doing solar energy research in Morocco.

In 2018, she was honored by One-To-World with the ‘Fulbright Award for Outstanding Leadership and by the YWCA of Darien/Norwalk as a ‘Woman of Distinction’.
